ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Process monthly billing & payment.
  • Preparation on bank, general ledger & others balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarter & year-end closing activities.
  • Prepares monthly closing accounts including GL journal entries.
  • Prepare periodic financial/management reports.
  • Handle internal accounting.
  • Handle credit control.
  • Liaise with internal & external auditors on financial reporting matters.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc assignment by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Knowledge of UBS system will be added advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented & strong initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure & possess strong work commitment.

Event Coordinator and Customer Service Executive
MYR 1800 – 2500
Kuala Lumpur – Mid Valley City

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility will be to coordinate events taking place in Galactic Laser
  • Events include but not limited to birthday parties, team building events, competitions, charitable events, visiting artists, road shows and family days.
  • The role will require you to ensure requirements (Food and beverage, table arrangement, guest registration…etc.) from customers are met and communicated to the relevant persons.
  • The person in this role will also be responding to email and phone enquiries, ensure that membership information are up to date and monitor the company Facebook page for service related enquiries among other tasks

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak and write well  in English
  • Customer oriented and a positive working attitude
  • Candidates must be willing to work shifts.
  • Candidates will require own transport, season parking pass will be provided
  • Salary is from RM1800 to RM2500

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kuala Lumpur – MID VALLEY

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for guests’ satisfaction by providing the highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality.
  • Supporting and working closely with the sales, marketing and management staff.
  • To monitor the performance of the staff and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of services.
  • To check and ensure the hygiene, appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of the whole operation and its related areas.
  • Responsible for championing the Standard Operation Procedures of the company.
  • To build a strong retail team through good product training, cultivate teamwork and motivation.
  • Monitor daily sales and initiate appropriate activities/strategies.
  • You will also be required to carry out other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or a minimum 2-4 years of working experience.
  • Preferably with working experience in the related field in F&B and Hotel.
  • Must have knowledge in handling POS system or equivalent.
  • Possess leadership quality and the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment.
  • Experience in handling parties and event is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work shift/ weekends and public holidays.
  • 6 days working week

TEAM MEMBER (Full Time/Part Time)

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate events or parties that takes place in Galactic Laser.
  • The role will require you to ensure requirements (Food and beverage, table arrangement, guest registration…etc.) from customers are met and communicated to the relevant persons.
  • The person in this role will also be responding to email and phone enquiries, ensure that membership information are up to date and monitor.
  • Handles stock count and membership cards.
  • To check the cash float and fill up the daily sales report.
  • Responsible in game marshalling in the Arena.
  • Ensure all maintenance game are safe and make sure there are no loose cables, no broken panel or flooring.
  • To check and ensure the hygiene, appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of the whole operation and its related areas.
  • Key in data of members.
  • Report submission and handover sales money to P.I.C.
  • Candidate will also be required to carry out other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company.
